红灯一:散热结构——徒有其表的“铁皮棺材”

LED(发光二极管)是一种电致发光器件,但其电光转换效率并非100%。通常,超过70%的电能会转化为热能。对于机器灯而言,工作环境往往是密闭、无风、靠近热源的机床或机械臂内部。如果散热设计不达标,结温每升高10℃,LED光通量会下降3%-5%,而寿命会以加速破坏的速率缩短。
